Difficult
to say, but mostly a function of either your job generating
8 projects or your master black belt generating 8 projects
for your certification requirements.
How
do I select a Six Sigma Green Belt project? Black
Belt project? Master Black Belt projects?
Six Sigma projects are generated from
your organizational dashboard. They can originate from the
key indicators on your dashboard or from the key indicators
on the dashboard of anyone above you in your chain of
command.
Is
there a time limit in which I have to complete my Six Sigma
certification?
The
deadline for completing a given level of certification is
one year from the date you began the seminar for that
certification level. However, you may request an extension,
but all requests MUST be submitted before the 1year deadline
has passed and MUST be complete before 24 months after the
date you began the seminar for that certification level.
Can
I review my scored certification examination?
No,
because certification examinations are based on a pass/fail
bases. Further, we are concerned about the integrity of our
certification examinations.
Is
